Combining a well-appointed kitchen with a diner and restful lounge, this airy room offers the perfect start and end point for your days of adventure. Unwind in the lounge space, sinking into the soft furnishings as the Smart TV streams your favourite shows. When stomachs begin to rumble, find that the kitchen boasts everything needed for cooking up Cornish feasts, which can be enjoyed at the nearby dining table or alfresco-style out on the patio. Completing the ground floor is a convenient WC. At the end of each busy day away, head upstairs and choose from two lovely bedrooms – a master king at the rear with views of the Camel Estuary, and a cosy twin at the front of the property with a TV. A well-equipped family bathroom with a shower over the bath completes the interior.
Outside awaits two sun-soaked and enclosed patios – one at the front and one to the rear. At the front patio, enjoy quiet morning coffees as you perch on the bench. On the rear patio, gather at the bistro-style table and chairs for al fresco meals and evening tipples. Enclosed for the safety of children and pets, it’s easy to unwind in this tranquil space. Guests will also benefit from private parking for one small/medium car; for larger cars, there is additional parking available in the church car park with a permit provided.
