The property is less than 500 metres from the seafront, beach, and colourful beach huts. There is also a 9-hole golf course and driving range in the village. Mundesley is a great base to explore the surrounding countryside and coastline.

From Holt, you can catch The Poppy Line train through the countryside to Sheringham or explore Holt Country Park. You can discover more about the area's history with a visit to National Trust Felbrigg (10 miles), and nature lovers must see the nature reserve and bird watching at Cley (18.5 miles).
