Further afield, the elegant city of Bath – the only UK city designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site – makes a lovely day out (22 miles), as does the vibrant city of Bristol (21 miles). Nearby attractions include Berkeley Castle and Painswick Rococo Garden, both within 15 miles.
