Part of a small complex surrounded by 23 acres of peaceful countryside, it offers tranquil views as well as private fishing lakes for guests to enjoy. Take a leisurely stroll through the grounds or venture out to explore the area. Clovelly, an enchanting private harbour village steeped in history, is just 15 miles away. Closer to home, the local village offers a useful shop and a pub to call in at after exploring the area. For beach days, Westward Ho! with its sandy shores, surfing opportunities, and a variety of independent eateries, is only 15 miles away. Other fantastic spots to visit include the seaside town of Bude, with its choice of beaches, maritime history and fun sea pool, and Hartland, which boasts breathtaking coastal walks, both within 19 miles.


Step inside and discover an inviting open-plan living, kitchen and dining space which features oak floors with underfloor heating for added comfort.
