This lovely first-floor apartment is located on Snape Common on the edge of the popular village which boasts several pubs and a small shop. There are beautiful walks right from your front door which can take you along the river, across the heath, and through the woods. You can stroll the 1.5 miles to Snape Maltings, which offers shops, galleries, eateries, and the renowned concert hall with a year-round program of concerts, opera, jazz, and ballet. The timeless seaside town of Aldeburgh is just 6 miles away, with a Georgian high street full of independent shops, galleries, and restaurants and of course excellent fish and chips! While there, be sure to visit the 16th-century Moot Hall and the hilltop church where composer Benjamin Britten is buried. The charming village of Orford is 7.5 miles away, featuring a medieval castle, picturesque quay, Grade I-listed church, and fine local food shops and pubs. Southwold, 18 miles away, is a must-see for its pretty seaside architecture, Edwardian pier, and iconic lighthouse.


This stylish holiday home features a spacious open-plan room, combining a modern kitchen, dining area, and cosy living space. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-end, integrated appliances, just perfect for cooking and entertaining. The dining area seats all guests comfortably, while the living area, complete with a television, books and games invites you to relax. The light and bright property offers two comfortable bedrooms. The first bedroom has a versatile zip-and-link super king bed, allowing for a customised sleeping arrangement, along with scenic views across the paddocks behind. This room has access to a nearby shower room. A few steps lead down to the ground-floor second bedroom, an expansive room with a double bed, ensuite bathroom featuring both a bathtub and a separate shower, and a large bay window overlooking the garden and fields beyond—ideal for enjoying peaceful countryside views.


The outdoor space faces south, allowing you to enjoy the beautiful Suffolk sunshine all day long. There’s a little patio with an outdoor dining table and chairs, a small lawn area, and access to an outdoor kitchen equipped with a charcoal BBQ and pizza oven. To make your stay even more special, from May to September, guests are welcome to use the heated swimming pool, which is sheltered under a purpose-built polytunnel for comfortable, all-day enjoyment.
