About this house rental

Set high above Woolacombe, this magnificent coastal retreat for five boasts far-reaching sea views and easy access to one of North Devon’s finest beaches. A 0.5-mile stroll brings you to the village, where you’ll find a great selection of eateries, as well as a 3-mile sandy beach. In the evenings, make the most of the stunning location, with al fresco meals and sunset drinks on the terrace.


Shallow steps lead from the parking area to the property. Inside, the holiday home is flooded with natural light, thanks to large windows framing sea and countryside views. A beautiful lounge provides the perfect place to unwind, watching the Smart TV or reading in the raised area by the window. The sleek kitchen has everything you need for a self-catering holiday and a breakfast bar for informal dining. There’s also a handy utility room. Next, you’ll find the light-filled dining room, with seating for everyone and French doors opening onto the terrace. To the rear of the house is a cute snug with a second Smart TV. All three bedrooms are beautifully decorated, and one has an en-suite shower room. A family shower room completes the accommodation. Outside, discover a choice of dining areas, including a terrace with sea views and two sheltered patios (one accessed via steps). There’s also a large, enclosed lawn where children can play.


Enjoy a day trip to the Victorian town of Ilfracombe (5.5 miles). Potter around the picturesque harbour, or head down to the idyllic Tunnels Beaches, where you’ll find sheltered bathing areas and a tidal pool. Regular boat trips run from the harbour, including to the wildlife haven of Lundy Island. If it’s peace and tranquillity you’re after, journey to Exmoor National Park (6 miles), to explore the expansive moorland, wooded valleys, and dramatic clifftop paths.


Electric vehicle charging available on site (for a fee of £45 per week, due when paying for the holiday).

The charger is located on the driveway and is an untethered 7kW Easee charger with a Type 2 universal charging connector. Guests need to bring their own cable. Information on accessing the charger will be emailed to guests once they have paid the fee.
