This scenic spot in the Forest of Bowland National Landscape, at the heart of the Hodder Valley, is a playground for nature lovers and keen outdoor enthusiasts, with countless trails from the doorstep. Newton-in-Bowland, an idyllic village surrounded by the enchanting scenery of the Ribble Valley, is just 2.5 miles away. Steeped in history, the excellent high street and lovely parks of the Ribble Valley's lovely market town of Clitheroe can be reached within 10 miles. Boasting a medieval castle, a great selection of independent cafes, bars and restaurants, and the gateway to the Yorkshire Dales, a visit to the market town of Skipton, 23 miles away, is a must.

At the opposite end of the lodge, you’re met with a blissful king-size bedroom that invites weary travellers to rest and reset at the end of a busy day. Enjoying breathtaking views through the beautiful picture windows, a dreamy slumber is guaranteed. Separated from the bedroom by a handy curtain, the en-suite shower room is the perfect spot to kick-start your next adventure feeling refreshed. Please note that there is no Wi-Fi at the lodge, but there is 5G phone signal.
Enjoy your morning coffee at sunrise or a glass of something chilled at sunset from the comfort of the delightful decking, which features seating and a gas BBQ, perfect for a spot of al fresco dining.
