Imagine days on a safe, sandy beach or exploring the iconic Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, followed by nights relaxing under the stars in a spacious garden. This gorgeous coastal home offers families or friends all that and more. It’s located in the village of Pentlepoir, just 3 miles from popular Saundersfoot, with its family-friendly beach, water sports, pretty harbour, enticing shops and choice of excellent places to eat and drink. Fabulous Tenby is only 4.5 miles away, renowned for its superb beaches and boat trips to the tranquil Caldey Island. It’s worth exploring this historic town’s medieval walls and cobbled streets, too, where you’ll find vibrant bars and restaurants and an eclectic selection of shops. For a family day out, Manor Wildlife Park, Folly Farm adventure park and the Dinosaur Park Tenby are all within 5 miles.

This impressive, detached house is set over two storeys, with an adjoining annexe where the owner lives (privacy is assured) where you can enjoy views over Pentlepoir as far as Tenby. Step into the hall to find a light-filled and spacious lounge, kitchen/diner and a WC. You will also find there, patio doors to the garden (two steps down), ample comfortable seating and a Smart TV. This is a delightful space in which to curl up after a day on the beach or at a family attraction, perhaps with a favourite movie or a box set. When you start to feel hungry, head into the spacious kitchen/diner, where the chef of the holiday is well catered-for with an American-style fridge/freezer, gas hob, electric cooker and microwave. As well as the dining nook for six guests where you can gather for celebratory meals, there’s a breakfast bar which is perfect for those morning wake-me-up coffees. There is also a handy workspace for two desks at the property. Also on this level is a WC. Upstairs you’ll find all three double bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite shower room. Decorated individually, each room has heaps of style and has chic soft furnishings, lighting and art works.

The back garden has a good-sized lawn and a raised deck with sun loungers and furniture for al fresco dining. Why not make the most of a sunshine and use the BBQ to grill some local delicacies picked up on your travels? Children will be delighted to find a climbing frame and trampoline that they can play on to their hearts’ content. At the front of the house is a sweeping driveway with room for two cars.
