This thoughtfully renovated period house offers a seamless blend of original features and contemporary amenities. The huge kitchen includes a characterful range-style cooker, and there’s plenty of space for everyone to dine at the two tables in the next-door dining room. Enjoy pool in the games room or gather in the inviting lounge, where an array of seating surrounds a wood burner and a Smart TV. There’s also a twin bedroom on the ground floor, plus a wet room with WC. There are four bedrooms on the first floor, two of which are super-king-size – both convertible to twins on request – and one with an additional single bed. Also on this level are two twin bedrooms, one with an en-suite shower room, and a family bathroom. For outdoor fun you can dine on the covered deck, relax in the hot tub or explore the property’s 13 acres of grounds, which include a football/rugby pitch and a wildlife pond. This property offers parking for four cars.
The cottage is set in a fabulous location 0.5 miles from the unspoilt village of Devil’s Bridge, from where you can set out on a choice of walks to see the spectacular waterfalls. Or take the steam train from the station just 1 mile away, and enjoy Aberystwyth’s mile-long Victorian promenade and choice of independent shops and places to eat.

- 5 bedrooms – 1 super-king-size zip-and-link bed, 1 family room with a super-king-size zip and link bed and additional single bed, 3 twin rooms
- The ground floor offers a spacious disabled-friendly twin bedroom, designed with accessibility in mind, guests can easily access the room from the back of the property via a gentle ramp and elegant French doors. The bedroom can be configured as a single or double and an electric lifting hoist with a harness is available upon request, you are more than welcome to bring your own harness.
- 4 bathrooms – 2 wet rooms with shower and WC, 1 bathroom with free-standing bath, shower and WC, 1 en-suite shower room with WC
- Gas range cooker, electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, microwave, Bosch coffee machine (please bring your own pods) washing machine, tumble dryer and chest freezer
- Highchair and travel cot available
- Smart TV
- Wood burner with initial supply of fuel provided
- Outside, the hot tub is the ideal spot for a sumptuous soak at the end of the day. For meals under the open sky, the patio is equipped with a charcoal BBQ. Beyond, 13 acres of private grounds are yours to explore, featuring a wildlife pond and even a football and rugby pitch.
