Just a stone's throw from the centre of Plomeur and close to the magnificent beach of La Torche, this pleasant 100 m² house welcomes you for a family stay in a calm and verdant environment. Fully and comfortably equipped, it can accommodate up to 5 people.
Outside, you will enjoy an enclosed garden ideal for letting children play in complete peace of mind. The garden furniture and plancha will allow you to share good meals outdoors and fully enjoy the long summer days.
Inside, the house opens onto a beautiful, friendly living area consisting of a living room with two sofas, a dining area with a round table that can accommodate up to 5 people, and an open kitchen. A second living room with a television offers an additional space to relax after long days of exploring the region. The kitchen is fully equipped: gas hob, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker and Nespresso, toaster, kettle and everything necessary to cook as if at home. A utility room completes this functional space.
Upstairs, the sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms:
- Bedroom 1: a Queen Size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 2: a single bed (90x190) and bunk beds (90x190), ideal for children
A bathroom with a bathtub is located on the ground floor as well as an independent toilet.
A private outdoor parking space is available in front of the house gate.
For added convenience, the accommodation also features a washing machine, an iron, and a travel cot.
