You will not have to use your vehicle or to go to the beach or to do your shopping because you will benefit from an immediate proximity to shops (bakery 20 m away), market, greengrocers, food shops, post office, ATM, restaurants, bars. You have the possibility to park your vehicle inside.
This house is sheltered from the prevailing winds, due to its winding streets.

The maximum capacity is 5 people.
The accommodations are air-conditioned and includes a dining room, a fitted kitchen, a master bedroom, a single bedroom and a 160X190 convertible bench in the dining room, Italian shower, toilet, garden with trees.
Ceiling height 2.80 m, dining room 3.30m.
In the shade of fifty-year-old mulberry plane trees, you can enjoy your meals on a terrace of 40 m2.
You will have at your disposal, a barbecue to grill.

Linen is not provided.
During the renovation, the original character was preserved in order to preserve its authenticity.
Our 4-legged or 2-winged friends are unfortunately not allowed.
You will only have to walk a few steps to get to the market 40 meters away on Tuesdays and Fridays and without suffering from noise pollution.
For night fishing enthusiasts, no need to go far, the rocky bars in front of the street are home to sea bream, marble, etc. A popular spot for fishermen.
