About this house rental
Cocoonr offers this charming 60 m² air-conditioned flat for rent in Saint-Cyr-sur-Mer. It's just a 7-minute walk from the beach and can accommodate up to 4 people.
Located on the ground floor, it comprises a pretty 35 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a bedroom, a shower room and a 50 m² garden. Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation is as follows:
Ground floor:
- 17 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed (sleeps two) and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bathroom with shower and WC
- A 15 m² veranda with furniture, opening onto the garden
First floor:
- One bedroom with queen-size bed (160x200)
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A 20 m² south-facing terrace with a manual awning and furniture to make the most of the fine weather.
- A private south-facing garden of 50 m².
The flat is ideally located in Saint-Cyr-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities :
- Enjoy Calanque de Port d'Alon: superb natural cove for swimming, snorkelling, relaxing and picnicking in a protected Mediterranean setting
- Swimming and leisure activities at Plage des Lecques: a large family beach with water sports activities
- Take a spectacular walk along the coastal path from Saint-Cyr to Bandol to admire the cliffs and coves.
- Stroll around Madrague and the local harbour
Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park (two vehicles).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:

- Nearest train station: Saint-Cyr-sur-Mer, a 5-minute drive away
- Nearest airport: Hyeres or Marignane, 1 hour's drive away
