About this apartment rental
Luxury residence (Les Katikias), located in the hills above Bandol, with panoramic ocean views and access to the residence’s secure pool, which is supervised in July and August. Parking space near the apartment.
Beautiful, fully renovated 46 m² apartment with a 22 m² panoramic terrace.

Large, air-conditioned living area with a sitting area, a pull-out sofa bed, and a flat-screen TV; dining room; and fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, induction cooktop, oven, refrigerator, and freezer…), large floor-to-ceiling windows opening onto the terrace, with an exceptional 180° view of Bandol Bay.
2 bedrooms, each approximately 10m², with storage and a flat-screen TV in each room: 1 double bedroom with a 160cm bed and 1 twin bedroom with 2 80cm beds.
1 bathroom, with a “rain shower” and toilet.
Free Wi-Fi and stereo system.
Supermarket, shops, and pharmacy just a 3-minute drive away
Walking distance to downtown and the beaches in 15 minutes, or a 5-minute drive
1: A non-refundable security deposit of €900 will be requested upon your arrival, along with a non-refundable cleaning deposit of €80; both will be returned upon your departure (see check-in/check-out inventory)
2: Cleaning is not included; a flat-rate cleaning option is available for 70€,you may also clean the property yourself; an inspection will, of course, be conducted before your departure, and if the cleaning is deemed unsatisfactory by us, a deduction of 30 euros per hour based on the time required will be taken from the cleaning deposit
3: Utilities included
4: For check-ins on Sundays, holidays, or outside agency business hours, a 50-euro surcharge applies upon key handover
5: For departures on Sunday only, a 50-euro surcharge will be charged for key return and the walk-through inspection
6: Sheets and towels are not provided but can be rented in advance—price for bed sheets: 22€ / week / set of 2 towels: 10€ / week

If you like to wake up in the morning and have a magnificent view of the sunny Mediterranean and the town of Bandol beneath you, this is the place for you. Communication with the owner and property manager (Jackie) was efficient and friendly. The kitchen is more than fully stocked and the beds (3) very comfortable. We loved this property and will stay again if another France trip is in our cards.

Appartement très agréable, fonctionnel et très propre. Une superbe terrasse... bref, on s'y sent bien
Le seul point négatif est la literie du grand lit qui commence à montrer des signes de faiblesse (matelas mou).
Je recommande cet appartement sans hésiter !
