I picked this location due to the close proximity of chinatown. That is what it is only good for. I stayed here 4 days when i checked in they made me aware it is a 10am checkout so i asked for a standard 11am checkout she told me it would be an additional $35 dollars. I am staying 4 days and they won’t extend me the courtesy of an additional hour?! After i walked away i over heard them talking in chinese that she “should” have given it to me……. Thats just the start …
All 4 days i stayed i never received room service on the second day i was drying myself with wet towels and yes every morning i told them i need room service.
Also keep in mind the front desk to this place closes at 9pm so if you want to check in get here before than.
