    Clean bed stained towels and floor mat. Air conditioner was full blast on the low speed. Took awhile to cool off. There has been an improvement after the name change just not worth what I paid.

    I enjoyed my stay at the Garner Hotel Westchase. The staff is very friendly, my room was spotless (very clean / tidy) upon checking in, very spacious, and most importantly, very quiet. The maids are always on time and very personable, ensuring that my room was clean throughout my stay. I also enjoyed their breakfast in the a.m. on the days I could make it down in enough time, haha! It's not a huge breakfast spread, but there's enough to make yourself a great breakfast sandwich, cereal, juices, coffee, tea, muffins / bagels, and the like. Though I have seen other reviews on this hotel that were not so nice, I can honesty say that I didn't experience ehat some others did. I enjoyed my room / stay, the quietness, rhe workout room, the pool, and the convenience of the location, very centrally located w/ ease of hoping on the Beltway 8 or other streets to get where you need to go around d the city or just within the area of the SW & South side of Houston (e.g. U.S. 59 / I-69, Katy, Sugar Land, Missouri City, West Oaks, Alief, etc.). I would recommend the Garner Hotel Westchase to other traveling patrons for both short and slightly long-term stays

    They believe in keeping your Mail especially mail like had my driver's license sent there never got it plus deposit was never given back
