About this house rental

This relaxing and well-appointed modern space offers versatile living accommodation with bedrooms and bathrooms on both the ground and first floor. Ideal for extended families or friends, there is ample space to gather to plan for the day ahead, whether in the kitchen or the living area. Enjoy the sound of birdsong and the scent of apple blossom and dine alfresco with your four-legged friend at your feet with one well-behaved dog welcome.

The property is bright throughout, thanks to the skylights in most rooms. The sitting room on the ground floor is vibrant and has comfortable seating, a Smart TV and a dining table and chairs. There are further seating options in the open-plan kitchen/diner for both dining and relaxing. The inner hall leading off the kitchen is perfect for drying off wet and sandy dogs, and the utility area located at the rear of the garage has a washing machine and a tumble dryer. Completing this floor is a double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower over the bath. The first floor comprises a neat en-suite double room with a shower cubicle, and a third bedroom with a small double bed. Outside, the rear garden is fully enclosed and has a sun terrace table and chairs. Steps lead up to the raised lawn area with a variety of shrubs, plants and fruit trees.

Situated in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Salthouse is an unspoilt conservation village on the North Norfolk coast. The village boasts an award-winning crab shop serving local seafood and produce as well as a pub that is popular with families and is a lovely spot for lunch out on the large lawn with the marshes and sea as a stunning distant backdrop. Cley-next-the-Sea (2.5 miles) is also a bird watcher’s paradise, and you’ll be close to nearby popular resorts such as Sheringham (7 miles) and Cromer (10 miles), with its impressive pier and famous crab! The picturesque village of Blakeney (4 miles) is worth a visit, with art galleries, individual shops and pottery too. Popular with families and sailing enthusiasts, Blakeney is perfect for crabbing on the harbour with youngsters, or for a different day out for all ages, take a boat trip to visit the grey seal colony – wind through the shallow creeks and have an outdoor adventure making memories that will last a lifetime.
