Arrival Information
Guests are welcomed at the villa by our concierge team, who provide a brief property tour and help settle you in.
For guests arriving by ferry, pier pick-up can be arranged with advance notice.
Because the villa is located on a steep hillside road, we strongly recommend arriving with a 4WD vehicle or booking transport through our concierge for a smooth, safe approach.
Check-in time is 3pm. When we are booked back-to-back, we unfortunately cannot accommodate early check-in requests but we can always arrange for your luggage to be brought to the villa early while you enjoy a leisurely lunch or walk on the beach.
Good to Know
Palm Stone Villa is set on a quiet hillside surrounded by jungle. The access road is paved but steep, so a 4WD is highly recommended, especially during rainy periods.
Scooters are suitable only for experienced riders. The car park easily accommodates one vehicle and 2-3 bikes. The home includes stairs between levels and buildings, which may not suit guests with mobility limitations.
Short, occasional interruptions to power, water, or internet can occur on the island; our team will assist promptly should they arise.

We ask all guests to treat the villa with care and respect, as it has been built with intention and love.
Please note the following:
-No smoking inside the villa.
-Quiet hours are 11pm–7am out of respect for hillside neighbours.
