​Poor Value for Money: At around $200 a night, the value proposition simply isn't there. This property is privately owned and rented out rather than operating as a structured hotel. ​Lack of Hotel Amenities: Because it is managed in-house by private owners, there is no operator or dedicated front-desk infrastructure. Basic amenities are shared, including the kitchen facilities and even the water kettle. ​Hygienic and Cleanliness Issues: The cleanliness does not meet professional 5-star hotel standards. We encountered visible stains in the bathroom, the sink, and on the curtains. ​Heavy Insect Intrusion: Because the villas are deeply integrated into raw nature, the rooms are highly vulnerable to the elements. The living spaces were constantly full of various insects, including mosquitoes, flies, and spiders, even within the sealed bedroom areas. ​If you are looking for an authentic, rustic nature immersion and do not mind shared facilities or tropical bugs, this place is beautiful. However, if you are expecting polished, sterile hotel treatment for the premium price you are paying, you will feel played

We had an absolutely amazing stay! The accommodation is beautiful and features a huge, well-maintained garden with lots of greenery, palm trees, and lovely plants it truly feels like a little oasis. One of the highlights is the large pool, which is very clean and has a stunning color, perfect for relaxing. The facilities are also excellent: a spacious kitchen, a large fridge, and a smart TV where you can easily connect your own Netflix account without any issues. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the very beginning. Another big plus is the restaurant right next door. The owner is extremely kind, warm, and attentive, making the whole experience even more special. We can highly recommend this place and would definitely come back anytime!

The only very minor downside and really not something significant was that the shower water couldn’t be adjusted to cold, and occasionally the water pressure from the tap was quite low. Other than that, everything was perfect!
