Spend quality time with your loved one at this wonderful top-floor apartment which boasts amazing sea views across to Godrevy Lighthouse and beyond and is situated in a popular seaside resort. St Ives has something for everyone, with an eclectic mix of independent shops, restaurants for every appetite, and several museums and galleries for art lovers. It is also home to four stunning, sandy, golden beaches. Whether you prefer to sunbathe, try out surfing, or enjoy the art scene, there is something for everyone. This property also boasts fast full fibre broadband for all your business and entertainment needs.


Access is up two levels from the parking area, with allocated space.


Living/Kitchen/Dining Area: The kitchen has an electric cooker, fridge, microwave and Smart TV. There is also a comfy sofa and beautiful panoramic views across St Ives Bay.


Bedroom: Light and airy bedroom with double bed (4' 6)


Bathroom: With shower over bath, wash basin and WC.


Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 4:00pm - departure 10:00am.

Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Electric heating.

Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.

Baby Equipment: None provided.

Beach: 0.1 ml. Pub: 0.2 ml.

Parking: Reserved parking in the open private car park accessed from the rear of the building, space No 54. Dimensions of the space are width 2.35 metres at it's narrowest point; length 5 metres; height, no restriction as the car park is in the open air. It should be noted that there is a wall to the rear of the space and to one side.


NOTES: No smoking. No pets. Mobile phone reception varies. Washing machine is available for guests use in the shared laundry room, this takes Electronic payment only.
