Set just a half mile from Padstow Harbour, this fabulous bungalow is in a peaceful, residential part of the resort town and offers convenient access to popular attractions and amenities. Inside, the property boasts contemporary interiors across a single storey, whilst the beautiful split-level garden presents spectacular views across the Camel Estuary and the opportunity to enjoy plenty of outdoor living. A delightful family-friendly retreat.

Upon entering, you’ll get an immediate sense of the light and airy atmosphere with the spacious lounge/diner offering glorious views across the estuary from the large picture window. Here, you can cuddle up together for an evening in front of the TV and enjoy sociable mealtimes around the dining table with the patio doors open. Adjacent to this lies the modern kitchen area and utility space, which offers all you need to comfortably cater for your stay. Once it’s time for slumber, choose from two well-appointed bedrooms: a king-size room with an en-suite shower room or a cosy twin room which offers tranquil estuary views. Completing the floor plan is a family bathroom and a small box room housing books and games. Outside, you can enjoy al fresco meals in the large garden which is split across three levels making the best of the stunning views.

Perfectly placed for guests to witness the bustle of historic Padstow Harbour, which to this day draws in visitors from across the world. There’s plenty to explore and enjoy within the town with its array of award-winning seafood restaurants, independent shops and its proximity to family-friendly beaches such as St George’s Cove, Trevone Bay and Harlyn Bay, all within 4 miles. Keen walkers can pick up the Camel Trail which offers scenic routes through the heart of the Cornish countryside or discover your sea legs and book a trip on one of the sea safaris that you can hop on from the harbour.
