All-inclusive holiday cottage (except tourist tax). Ground floor: 1st bedroom (double bed) with TV, shower room with WC, laundry room. 1st floor: living/dining room with fireplace and smart TV, fully equipped kitchen (3-burner gas hob + 1 electric hob, filter coffee maker) opening onto a balcony/terrace, 2nd bedroom (2 single beds), bathroom with bathtub, separate WC. 2nd floor: 3rd bedroom with 3 single beds. Electric heating included.
WiFi. Private enclosed garden of 1000 m² with garden furniture and sun loungers to enjoy sunny days. Children's and adult bicycles available free of charge. Secure shelter under the balcony for bicycles and motorcycles. Table tennis table with paddles and children's games. Private parking in the courtyard for 3 cars. Non-smoking accommodation. Just 10 minutes from the A10 motorway exit at Ste-Maure-de-Touraine (a region renowned for its AOC goat cheese), Le Grenier à Sel sits on the banks of the Vienne, a tributary of the Loire River and a true paradise for anglers (safe fishing area). Nature lovers, whether on foot, by bike, or on horseback, will also find plenty to enjoy in the surrounding area. Numerous picturesque spots await discovery, catering to all tastes: Richelieu, the Chinon wine region, the Château d'Azay-le-Rideau, and more. Don't forget the beach at Pouzay, which changes every year depending on the activities offered. Visits to the owners' farm (cereals, sheep farming, etc.) are available upon request. Lamb meat is sold in packages by the owners. Perfect for a holiday with family, friends, or fellow anglers! A welcoming house on the banks of the Vienne River.
