House of 85 m2 on the village square (free parking), next to the owner's house.
Renovated in 2021, all comforts: tv, small garden, veranda, large living room and kitchen; upstairs: 3 bedrooms, bathroom, open hallway for 1 person bed; 2 separate toilets.
Bedding in 160 new (June 2021). Sofa bed for 1 person in the living room. Lake Saint Cyr, golf, tree climbing, vineyards.

Outdoor garden with garden furniture, BBQ; veranda with table and chairs; large living room with fireplace, chaise longue; kitchen with cast iron stove, city gas hob, filter coffee maker (provided) and French press (Bodum), toaster, kettle.
Antique piano.
Bathroom with shower. Washing machine and dryer (new 2021) available.
Bed linen and towels provided from stays of 3 nights (Linvosges bath towels).
New mattress in 160 (2021, Epeda).
On the square an enclosed children's playground.
1 km away: bakery, grocery store, pharmacy, tobacconist, florist, hairdressers, pizza to take away. Supermarket in Naintré (6km) and Chasseneuil (9km).
TER service at La Tricherie station. ( 1km)
Summer activities for all in Châtellerault, Saint Cyr lake (pedal boat, swimming, sailing, ornithological reserve, walking or cycling, aquazone in summer)... Organic vineyards.
