From the dock, you’re just minutes to Tavernier Creek, providing quick access to the Atlantic Ocean, ideal for offshore fishing, reef trips, or cruising both sides of the Keys with ease. Whether you’re chasing tarpon in the backcountry, lobster when in season, or heading out to the blue water, this location puts you right in the middle of it all.
Inside, the home features two well-appointed bedrooms, including a queen bedroom and a second bedroom with a full-size bed plus bunk beds, perfect for families, grandchildren, or flexible sleeping arrangements. Additional accommodations include a comfortable sofa bed, allowing space for extra guests.
Step outside and take in open bay views and stunning sunset skies that define classic Keys living. The outdoor space is built for unwinding after a day on the water, featuring a large pergola and grilling area, perfect for cooking your catch, sharing stories, and enjoying laid-back evenings.
