Entire house with terrace, 7 km from the ocean, 3 km from the Gironde

Enjoy the ocean and beach life during the day, go shopping, or dine out in Soulac-sur-Mer, while still enjoying peace and relaxation in our tranquil and cozy village of Talais. You can also take the public bus to and from Soulac. The bus stop is about 300 meters from the house.
In our newly built 75-square-meter house, enjoy your evenings on the terrace or in our spacious living room with a smart TV and Astra satellite channels, sipping a glass of wine while the children lie peacefully in bed, dreaming of the next day at the beach—all without any tourist noise.
Prepare your meals in our fully equipped kitchen using the convection oven or the conventional oven. A microwave for quickly reheating food or baby food, etc., is also available. If desired, you can also prepare elaborate dishes on the 4-burner induction cooktop. The dishwasher takes care of the dishes for you.
A 9-kilo washing machine handles your laundry, so you don’t necessarily have to bring enough clothes for your entire vacation. In summer temperatures, your laundry dries in no time on the clothesline at the edge of the terrace.
If you’d like to spend a day relaxing at home, you can unwind on the patio under the awning, play a game from the available game collection, or watch a movie from Prime Video, Disney+, YouTube, etc., on the smart TV. You can also listen to the radio on the stereo system.
If desired, a crib and a high chair can be provided.
