About this house rental
In Soulac sur mer, this charming house located 10 minutes walk from the city center and beaches, offers an ideal setting to relax. In a peaceful neighborhood (next to the college), it allows you to enjoy the excitement of Soulac summer while being quiet. Bright and totally renovated on a plot of 1000 m2, it is ideal for two couples and their children.
Its 130 m2 include:
- 3 rooms. The children's room is equipped with two bunk beds (4 beds in total). Both bedrooms have a large bed 160 cm and storage.
- a contemporary kitchen with island, completely new and equipped (oven, induction hob, dishwasher, appliances) overlooking a large living room.
- a dining room with fireplace and garden view, with a large family table and a library.
- an office area
- an Italian bathroom
- A separate toilet.
- Two terraces.
- A swing and a barbecue area.
- No Internet (neither wired nor Wifi), but 4G presents on Soulac
- Equipment: dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board, oven and fridge freezer, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster.
Flat screen TV.
The furniture is new, contemporary and teak.
The cleaning fee is included.
There is a possibility for the rental of sheets and towels, to see directly with the lady of the reception.

The house is spacious and very well located in a calm neighborhood. It has a very large living room and three bedrooms that can accommodate up to 8 people. Overall the place is beautiful and you can cook and hang out outside or indoors without being stacked on top of each other which is perfect for rainy days. However, we missed some smaller things in the kitchen (there were only 2 bread knives and a single kitchen towel), the sun umbrella was broken, and the sink and shower drain were pretty clogged. Moreover, we had quite a bit of trouble with ants and the place is definetly not for spider phobics, but that is of course not the fault of the host. Yannick was helpful and always responded quickly to our requests. We'd definetly recommend the place for up to 2 families with 2 children respectively (we were 2 families with 3 children in total). Thanks again for hosting us.

Yannick's house is a truly lovely place to stay, and we had a great two weeks staying there. It's in a tranquil area of Soulac, but close to all the amenities of the town and the beach. The house has been renovated to a very high standard and has a great kitchen with everything you would need. The garden and terrace are perfect for eating out, or just chilling with a book. It's a great find.
