Cocoonr agency offers this 85 m² detached house (adjoining the owners' house) in Laigné-Saint-Gervais to rent for up to 8 people.
It comprises a 25 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, a shower room and a shared garden of around 9,000 m². Wifi, bed linen and towels included - we're waiting for you!
The accommodation is as follows:
Ground floor:
- A 25 m² living room with sofa, TV and dining area.
- Fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140 x 190), a single bed (90 x 190) and an extra bed (70 x 190).
- Shower room.
- Separate WC.
- Garage for motorbike parking with (narrow) staircase.
First floor accessible from the garage:
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140 x 190).
- Bedroom 3: a double bed (140 x 190) and a single bed (90 x 190).
For even greater comfort, the owners provide a barbecue, washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Outside:
- A beautiful garden (shared with the owners) of 9,000 m² with furniture to enjoy the fine weather. The grounds are partly fenced and you will find chickens, goats and sheep.
The house is ideally located in Laigné-Saint-Gervais, in a quiet, pleasant setting. Just 3 minutes by car from the town centre, where you'll find all the essential shops (newsagent, baker, supermarket, chemist, restaurants, launderette, tobacconist, etc.).
Activities :
- Visit Le Mans.
- 9 km from the main entrance to the 24 Hours of Le Mans race circuit.
- La Flèche zoo.
- European horse centre.
Transport :
A car is essential for visiting the region.
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's grounds, which can accommodate up to 10 cars.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:

- Le Mans-Arnage airport: 12km away
