About this house rental
Detached house in the heart of a large wooded plot and located only 10 minutes walk from the beach and the city center.
Interior renovated in 2024, the house can accommodate up to six travelers, in a quiet environment and close to shops.
Accommodation:
The house is composed of three large bedrooms that can accommodate six people:
Bedroom 1: a double bed 140 x 190
Bedroom 2: a double bed 140 x 190
Bedroom 3: two single beds
It also has a large living room, a dining room, an equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a toilet. A garage completes this property where you can put your car, bikes or boards.
The house is at the end of a cul-de-sac and is nestled in the heart of a large garden and has a shaded terrace under a tree with table and barbecue. The garden is a playground for your children under the oaks and maritime pines!
Board games and books are available in the house. There are also outdoor games (rackets, petanque, children's beach games...) and deck chairs in the garden.
The house is located 10 minutes walk from the beach of Grand Boisvinet - windsurfing base, 8 minutes walk from the city center and 15 minutes from the marina.
The forest is 200 m away!
You can discover Jard sur Mer on foot or by bike!
Remarks:
The fireplace is not functional.
There is no WiFi in the house.
We do not charge cleaning fees, please do so at the end of your stay 🙂
Please also bring your own bed linen and towels. Possibility to provide them with a small supplement depending on the number of people.
We do provide bath mats and dish towels!
