About this house rental
Seaside villa "Under the pines" of the 1930s, completely renovated (work completed in June 2014).
Put your luggage, forget your car, do everything on foot.
Ideally located 200m from the port, restaurants, shops and beaches and 400m from the town center (where you will find bakeries pastry, pharmacy, doctor, butcher, fishmonger, house of the press, La Poste, banks, futures, cafes, PMU, cellars, hairdresser, beautician, various clothing shops ... etc.

Capacity of 8 people on the ground floor: kitchen, living room, bedroom (bed 160) with bathroom, separate WC with washbasin, laundry (with washing machine and sink).
First floor: bedroom with 140 bed, bunk room, bedroom with 2 beds of 90, bathroom, separate WC.
Relaxing garden of about 500m2 closed without vis-à-vis. Possibility to park 2 cars.

A very French house in style and in condition. Everything worked but there were odd things. E.G the door hiding a hole in the wall and loose floor tiles. Having said that the house was comfortable and suited us. We liked the town a lot. A proper French town with good food shops and restaurants plus a big super market. Good beaches and wonderful weather. What is not to like.

I can only describe our stay at this house as memorable and most enjoyable. It is a beautiful building, with everything we needed and more. So close to many other places and amenities, it made our stay, all the more fulfilling. The place is so close to the sea, town centre and wonderful restaurants. Our host was so nice in welcoming us, we always felt very much at home. Even the bins were easy to manage. We also had some family members visit from Ireland and there was loads of room. The town of Jard Sur Mer is absolutely beautiful and I would definitely recommend a stay at this house. Will be back for sure.

Excellent séjour dans cette location, propriétaire sympa, emplacement de la location génial 100m plage et commerces à pieds .. agréable découverte aussi famille avec enfants, entre amis ou couple ..

Maison idéalement située pour les commerces et activités diverses. Pour info, on ne peut pas se baigner à la plage de proximité (cailloux et trous) il faut donc aller plus loin (6km) pour trouver une plage praticable.
Intérieure maison: Décoration sympathique, il ne manque rien niveau vaisselle (pas toujours très propre) et accessoires divers. Dans l'entrée le mur de pierres s'effrite et des morceaux peuvent tombés, certaines dalles de ciment au sol peuvent se révélées dangereuses lorsque l'on marche dessus car elles sont complètement décollées . L'escalier est très raide, marches très étroites, il y a une barrière de sécurité sans ouverture, il faut donc la fixer et l'enlever à chaque fois ce qui n'est pas aisé. Parquet bruyant qui fait trembler toute la maison quand on marche. C'est très mal isolé (surtout fenêtres et porte entrée) on entend tous les bruits de la rue. (voitures qui passent et personnes qui parlent). On a l'impression que les fenêtres sont ouvertes en permanence. On aime ou pas, mais il y a un coq dans un terrain voisin qui chante souvent. Il réveillait mon fils de 4 ans tous les matins à 6h. Concernant l'extérieure , la façade et escaliers sont très abîmés, des morceaux de pierre sont prêts à se décrocher. De la ferraille rouillée sort des murs.
Enfin dès notre arrivée, ni télévision ni internet, les propriétaires ont fait en sorte de nous mettre au moins la télévision. Pour internet j'ai du relancer plusieurs fois pour avoir des nouvelles. Nous avons récupéré la connexion 2 jours avant de partir, ce qui a été très handicapant pour nous. Si vous êtes chez Bouygues, vous n'aurez pas de réseau sur votre téléphone. Sincèrement.
