You’re just steps from the beach and within easy reach of top dining, shopping, and entertainment destinations. Perfect for both relaxation and adventure, this neighborhood offers a mix of resort-style amenities, local cafés, and nearby attractions for all ages.
Getting Around:
Walking – Explore the beachfront, local restaurants, cafés, and shops within minutes.
Car / Rideshare – Quick access to I-95 and Collins Avenue for exploring Miami, Aventura, and the surrounding areas.

➤ I am not responsible for lost packages. If a package arrives at the property while you’re away, it will be returned to the sender. Please ensure that if you are ordering a package, you will be available to receive it, as I will not be able to track it for you.
