About this house rental
At the gates of Cancale, our house is located a few steps from the bay of Ragonde.
The hushed environment of the hamlet of Vaulérault offers a rejuvenating and calm setting.
NB: electric vehicle charging is not possible, as the electrical installation (sockets) is not dimensioned. A meter reading will be carried out.
Large entrance with cupboard, leading to a large bright living room opening onto the south-facing terrace, ideal for enjoying the sunny days.
The kitchen is fitted and equipped.
The night area includes four bedrooms, including a master suite on the first floor offering optimal comfort with bedroom, private bathroom (shower and bath) and a dressing room.
Upstairs, you will find two beautiful bedrooms and an additional bathroom. A last bedroom is in the attic with a very nice view of the sea.
Garden of about 1,000m2, allowing you to take full advantage of the calm and the view of the swimming pool (NOT HEATED in semi-inground wood 5.55x3x1.4). The assets:
