About this house rental
Cocoonr is offering this comfortable house for rent in Cancale, with sea views, less than a kilometre from the beach. It has a floor area of 150 m² and can accommodate up to 8 guests. Situated in a quiet location, overlooking the oyster beds, just 2 minutes from La Houle harbour and its beach, the house offers a unique view of the Bay of Mont-Saint-Michel.
It comprises:
On the ground floor, a large entrance hall leading on one side to a lovely 50 m² living room, with a TV and Wi-Fi, from where you can watch the oyster farming activity, and a fully equipped kitchen opening onto the living room, featuring: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob and all the necessary equipment.
On the other side, a bedroom with a sea view, furnished with two single beds, a bathroom with a separate walk-in shower and a separate toilet.
A beautiful staircase leads upstairs to three double bedrooms:
A bedroom with a sea view and a balcony, featuring a king-size bed (180x200),
A suite with a sea view, featuring a king-size bed (180x200), a washbasin, a shower and a toilet
A bedroom with two single beds,
A bathroom with a bath, washbasin and toilet
The house is surrounded by a 480 m² enclosed garden with flowers, offering a mix of partial shade and partial sun, complete with a terrace and garden furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The house has a large basement with a garage and indoor parking in the courtyard.
For even more comfort: barbecue, washing machine, cot, high chair, fan, iron and ironing board.
The house is ideally situated in Cancale, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll be close to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and the market…
