The apartment has a total area of 88 m2 and comprises two bedrooms, including a master bedroom with a queen-size double bed (1.6 x 2.0 m), a bedroom with two single beds (0.9 x 2.0) that can be converted into a double bed. It also has a living room with a sofa and dining table, a kitchenette and two complete bathrooms with shower.
The accommodation is equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, induction hob, oven, microwave and other utensils, as well as bed linen, towels, ceiling fans in the bedrooms, WI-FI, smart TV with international channels and other amenities to provide a pleasant and relaxed stay.
REMARKS
Cleaning is carried out before check-in and there is a weekly clean, which includes changing bed linen and towels.
Due to the island's climate, insects may unexpectedly occur. To avoid attracting insects, it is important to clean up food scraps and keep food well wrapped.
The use of repellent is recommended for people sensitive to mosquito bites when moving around the island.
If the windows are open, there is noise from city traffic, mainly during the day.
An increase in the number of guests implies a price increase of up to 10% per person.

The accommodation is located 5 minutes' walk from the cathedral, the Municipality Square and the Old Town area (historic centre).

The property has easy pedestrian access to various attractions in the city of Funchal. The area is well served by public transport, with a stop 3 minutes' walk away. By car, you have easy access to the main roads in Funchal and the motorway.
CONDITIONS
1. Parties and behaviours that disturb the peace and well-being of neighbours are not permitted, particularly between 22:00 and 08:00 when neighbourhood noise is prohibited.
2. An online check-in form will be sent to collect essential identification data for check-in, arrival time and means of transport, which must be submitted by guests at least two days before arrival.
3. For in-person check-in, it is necessary to schedule the time and the waiting time is 60 minutes, after which a new time slot may be scheduled according to our availability.
4. Guests may be asked to present an identification document upon arrival and to provide missing identification data to comply with legal requirements.
5. Any damage, incidents or cleaning failures must be reported as soon as they are detected so they can be verified and addressed promptly during the stay. Problems reported late merely for the purpose of obtaining a refund will not be considered.
6. Guests must inform about allergies, constraints or special needs before or shortly after booking so that compliance can be verified and appropriate measures taken.
