Its location is ideal for enjoying the village on foot, with shops, restaurants, the seafront promenade and all main services close at hand, as well as both free and paid parking available nearby. The property is located on the first floor of a small building with only two residential units, in a quiet and private setting. The interiors are well laid out and designed to comfortably accommodate families or groups of friends.
THE ACCOMMODATION
Spacious and functional apartment, perfect for families or groups of friends, located on the first floor of a small building with only two residential units, in a quiet and private setting. The house features a welcoming living area with a lounge, a double sofa bed, and access to the balcony, as well as a separate, well-equipped kitchen, ideal for comfortably organizing lunches and dinners at home. On the same level there is also a practical service bathroom/laundry room with washing machine, sink, and toilet. The sleeping area includes three bedrooms — one double and two single rooms — furnished with large wardrobes and designed to ensure comfort and space during your stay. The floor is completed by a spacious bathroom with a large shower enclosure.
Guests also have access to an attic area with a second service bathroom, also fitted with a shower enclosure. As it has been created in the attic space, it has lower ceiling heights and is particularly convenient as an additional bathroom.
The house is naturally cool and well ventilated and comes with 2 standing fans. There is no fixed air conditioning, but upon request it is possible to add a portable air conditioner, Pinguino type.
