Soggiorno piacevole, casa accogliente, proprietario poco empatico.

Non posso valutare la colazione perché non offerta. Riguardo la struttura: pulizia eccellente, casa accogliente, comoda, posizione ottima a pochi metri dal centro di Porto Azzurro. Letti comodi.

L'aria condizionata funziona con una chiave per non consentire, quando si esce, di lasciarla accesa. Sono stato fortunato che non faceva un caldo eccessivo ma immagino con 30/40 gradi, tornare a casa e trovarla bollente e attendere che si freddi, non sia il massimo. Ho prenotato la struttura perché accettava animali, cosa vera, ma visto che non sapevo se fino all'ultimo il mio cane sarebbe venuto con me, non ho segnalato via mail al proprietario che avrei viaggiato con un maltese di 3.8 kg al seguito. Giunto sul posto, ho effettuato checkin con la moglie del proprietario che ha accolto noi e il cane in maniera favorevole, anche i sigg delle pulizie hanno visto il cane. Ci hanno fatto entrare in casa con ritardo (ore 17) per problemi con le pulizie ma abbiamo sovrasseduto. A due giorni dalla partenza, il proprietario mi scrive che non avevo avvertito via mail del cane e che dovevo 50 euro di pulizie extra (il cane non sporca ed essendo maltese non perde pelo), ho sottolineato che non avevo nascosto la presenza dell'animale, anzi, lo stesso era stato accolto al check-in in maniera amichevole senza che nessuno mi chiedesse un costo extra, dopo una filippica sull'elenco di proprietà che il titolare possiede (18 fra case e camping, cosa che sono contento per lui a me poco importa, che fa questo lavoro da 20 anni, etc.), lo stesso ribadiva che avrei dovuto scriverlo e che il check-in era stato fatto dalla moglie che non conosceva gli accordi, e bla bla bla... alla fine visto anche il ritardo nell'accesso alla casa per via delle pulizie, mi ha chiesto 25 euro contanti (invece di 50). Ora non discuto sulla cifra ma ho reputato una caduta di stile il comportamento del proprietario che avrebbe, a mio parere, dovuto chiedere il denaro per il cane al check-in e non dopo 5 giorni.

La terrasse et la proximité de la plage sont des atouts.

Location centrale donc bruyante si l’on vit les fenêtres ouvertes, mais possibilité de mettre la climatisation…

Casa centrale a Porto Azzurro, 5 min a piedi dal centro, molti servizi nelle vicinanze. Appartamento su 2 piani, con patio esterno, 2 camere spaziose cosi come i bagni, angolo cottura con tutto il necessario, aria condizionata, ottima pulizia e proprietari molto gentili.
