Luxurious 6 1/2-room penthouse, 145 square meters (sleeps 8) in an apartment building in Flims Waldhaus
The apartment spans two floors and is laid out as follows:
Main floor: Entryway with coat closet and three spacious bedrooms. The living and dining area is open to the kitchen and offers direct access to the south-facing, sheltered balcony, where you can enjoy the beautiful, unobstructed view of the Flims Grosswald forest and the mountains, as well as the sunshine, unhindered and in complete privacy. The living room features a beautiful fireplace. A guest restroom and a spacious bathroom with a double sink, shower, and toilet complete the main floor.
Mezzanine: An internal staircase leads to the gallery level. On the gallery level, there is another very large bedroom with an en suite bathroom and a freestanding bathtub that offers a view of the starry sky. In addition, the gallery level features a “Jägerstübli,” which can be used as an office and TV room with sleeping accommodations or as another spacious bedroom.
Two underground parking spaces, a shared laundry room with a washer and dryer, and a shared ski and bicycle storage room are also available.
Due to an internal problem with the ventilation ducts, the fireplace cannot be used.
The apartment is located in an extremely sunny spot right next to Lake Cauma. Shops, restaurants, and other amenities are all within easy walking distance. The Postau bus stop is a 2–3-minute walk away and is only 2–3 stops from the Flims and Laax mountain railways.
