About this house rental
The Tgiesa Pestaluzz was built in 1675 on the southern slopes of Crap la Pala above the canyon of Albula in the towncenter of Lain, approximately 5 km from Lenzerheide.
The historic house has been inhabited in the last centuries by large families, as well as by two monks.
After an intensive planning phase and a major renovation during the year 2016, the Tgiesa Pestaluzz is going to shine at Christmas 2016 in all its splendor.
It is suited for all kinds of people: Families willing to spend their holiday together, biker friends sitting together enjoying the endless biking routes, musicians willing to play together undisturbed, mountain sports enthusiasts, small group camps and many others.
The house is a smokeless zone, whereas a smoking area is set up on the terrace.
Dogs are welcome on request for an additional small cost.
Aditional Fees (not in the price includet):
CHF 20.- for Bed linen and towels, per person/stay
CHF 300.- Cleaning fee, sweeping
CHF 3.30 Adult tourism tax (12+) per night
CHF 1.65 Kids tourism tax (6-11) per night

Wir haben die Tage in diesem sehr schönen Haus sehr genossen. Das Ambiente war einfach super, das Haus sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt und es war genügend Platz für alle da:-)

Alles war perfekt. Das Haus ist mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Man kann sich nur wohlfühlen. Platz hat es genug. Wir waren 14 Personen und haben es alle genossen. danke wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schönes Haus und individuell gestaltet. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden was man braucht und das in ausreichender Anzahl.

Wir hatten das wunderschöne Haus für ein jährliches Familienwochenende (18 Personen) gebucht und waren allesamt vollauf zufrieden. Die Kommunikation und Übergabe hat bestens funktioniert. Alle kamen in den gemütlich eingerichteten Zimmern unterschiedlicher Größe sehr gut unter und die Ausstattung des Hauses ließ keine Wünsche offen. Die Kinder (3-11 Jahre alt) konnten nach Herzenslust spielen. Sehr gut - und für eine Gruppe dieser Größe unerlässlich - war, dass die Küche über 2 sehr geräumige Kühlschränke und 2 Spülmaschinen verfügte. Der Saunabereich wurde bei über 30C Aussentemperatur zwar nicht genutzt, sah aber wunderbar gemütlich aus, gerade für die Wintermonate. Der schöne Blick vom Balkon auf das Alpenpanorama rundete den vollständig gelungenen Aufenthalt in diesem tollen Haus ab. Vielen Dank, gerne wieder.
