Welcome to your Luxury lakefront escape on Sleepy Hollow Lake. This spacious 4 BR, 5.5 bath home sleeps up to 10 guests and offers stunning main-lake views, private docks, and beautiful indoor/outdoor living spaces.
Enjoy mornings with coffee by the water, days on the lake, and relaxing evenings with sunset views. Perfect for families or friends seeking comfort, space, and elevated lakefront.
THE SPACE
FIRST FLOOR
Chef's Kitchen- Enjoy cooking on our 6 Burner Wolf range. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need.
Great room
Open-concept living with comfortable seating, TV and beautiful views of the main lake. Walk directly out to the sunroom.
Dining Room
Open to kitchen or walk out into sunroom , Seats 10 very comfortable.
Living Room
A quiet, inviting space to relax or enjoy the piano
Office-
A perfect work-from-home setup with a large desk and French doors for privacy
Sunroom
A favorite spot in the home, offering beautiful lake view and fresh breezes through open windows. Step directly onto the deck and enjoy outdoor seating or grilling on the Weber BBQ
SECOND FLOOR
All bedrooms and private bathrooms are conveniently located on second floor
BASEMENT
A spacious lower level featuring a TV room with comfortable seating, a ping pong table, a small gym and a full bathroom. Sliding doors open directly to pathway leading to the lake.
LAKEFRONT AREA
The highlight of the property, featuring two docks for swimming and lake access. Enjoy kayaks and paddle boards, relax under the gazebo, or lounge by the water. In the evening, gather around the fire pit and enjoy the peaceful setting. Please never leave the fire unattended and ensure it is fully extinguished when finished.
Guest access
Please note: Boats and the Jacuzzi are not included with the rental and are not available for guest use.
Other things to note
Before arrival we will ask you to complete vehicle and contact registration form required by our HOA for security and emergency purposes.
Plumbing-Grinder Pump System- Only toilet paper may be flushed. Do not flush wipes, feminine products, paper towel, or any other items
Please respect our neighbors and observe quiet hour from 10PM to 8AM
Shoes/Indoor Care(optional but very helpful)
We kindly as guests to remove shoes indoors to help keep the home clean.
Furniture & Home Care
Please do not move furniture or bring indoor furniture outside
Food & Cleanliness
Please clean upn after cooking and dispose of trash properly to avoid pests
A central vaccum is available in the kitchen pantry for your convenience

No smoking, no parties and no pets
Kindly note that the lot next to the home is private property and not part of the rental. The boundary will be clearly marked. -please remain on our property
Parking is available in the driveway only (there is plenty of space). Parking tags, wristbands, and key cards will be provided and must be used as required for community access. Please be sure to return all items before checkout, as lost or unreturned items may incur a replacement fee of $75 each.
