The house is wonderful-- very comfortable and quaint and we loved the view of the lake from the deck and bedroom. The complex is also very quiet and we loved being able to play tennis at the community courts every morning. The location is also great-- convenient to Catskill and other locations, but with a nice rural feel.

Location looking out at the lake is amazing
The sofa was quite dirty, stains & dog hair. No curtains in bedroom lakeside sliding doors. A lot of the dishes & glasses needed washing before use. Bathroom sink needs replacing.
Should provide a summary pack on arrival in the cabin with instructions of where the thermostat is, inform guests of the property boundary being the pink ribbons on the trees when down by the lake as next door neighbours quick to highlight when on their property, local walks, activities, local restaurants, bars etc.
