The Space:
Six private bedrooms, each with a queen bed, fresh linens, closet space, and bedside lighting. Three full bathrooms plus a half bath means no morning traffic jams. The kitchen is fully stocked: island seating, full fridge, stove, and dishwasher. Dining table seats 8. Living room is open and comfortable. Washer/dryer in the basement. High-speed WiFi throughout.

You're on Detroit's historic east side, 10 minutes from Belle Isle, 15 from Downtown, easy freeway access everywhere. Eastern Market on weekends. Little Caesars Arena for concerts and games. Detroit Riverwalk for a morning run.

Getting around Detroit from this location is simple and convenient.

• 10 minutes to Eastern Market

For guests flying in, the home is about 25–30 minutes from Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport.

📌 Security Deposit
A $300 refundable security deposit is required prior to check-in.
This will be fully refunded after checkout as long as there are no damages, missing items, or rule violations.
Check-in instructions are released once the deposit is completed.
