Medium or long term stays are subject to additional cleaning. Cleaning fee is $250 every two weeks for reservations greater than 4 weeks.
Reservations of 21-30 days require an additional cleaning at the two week mark (also $250).
If items in the house are damaged or broken, you will absolutely be required to pay to repair or replace.
ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES, EVENTS, GATHERINGS OR SMOKING OF ANY KIND. THE HOME IS MONITORED BY EXTERNAL SECURITY CAMERAS AND THERE ARE ANTI-SMOKING SENSORS WITHIN THE HOME.
IF YOU HAVE AN UNAUTHORIZED GATHERING OR IF YOU ARE FOUND SMOKING, YOUR RESERVATION WILL BE TERMINATED WITHOUT A REFUND REGARDLESS OF WHETHER YOUR RESERVATION HAS BEEN COMPLETED.

Overall, a wonderful stay! The home was spacious and perfect for our large group—there were 11 of us, and everyone had their own comfortable bed. The layout made it easy to enjoy time together while still having room to spread out. Located in an up-and-coming neighborhood, we felt safe and comfortable throughout our stay. The young adults especially loved the Pac-Man arcade game—it was a fun bonus! We were in town for a wedding at Belle Isle, and the location was ideal, just a short drive to the venue. Would stay here again! The host was responsive to our questions, and the concierge, Derrick, was easy to work with and responsive also to our inquiries while there.
