I don't live on the property, so you'll have complete privacy during your stay. However, I'm always available via message if you need anything — restaurant recommendations, show tickets, local tips, or just a quick question about the house.

Booking Policies

Cancellation Policy
• Strict cancellation policy applies
• Full refund if cancelled 60+ days before check-in
• 50% refund if cancelled 30-59 days before check-in
• No refund if cancelled less than 30 days before check-in

Security Deposit
• $500 refundable security deposit required
• Refunded within 7 days after check-out if no damages

Payment Schedule
• 50% due at booking
• Remaining 50% due 30 days before arrival

Minimum Stay
• 2-night minimum
• 3-night minimum during holidays and special events

Additional Fees
• Cleaning fee: $250 (per stay)
• Spa/hot tub usage: $150 (3 hours) or $300 (extended)
• Extra guest fee: $25/person/night beyond base occupancy
• Early check-in/late check-out: Subject to availability, fees apply
