Awesome house and great location. Easy drive or Uber to the Strip. Alberton's and Smith's grocery stores less than a mile away. Quiet neighborhood. Pool is awesome. Rooms were large and clean. The house easily accommodated our party of 6 and would have handled 2 more as well without having to sleep on a couch/sofa sleeper. What else do you need? Additionally, communication with the property host was phenomenal. The alarm system was having some issues when we arrived and they quickly took care of it. Even followed up the next day to make sure it was still resolved. I will absolutely stay here again. Hopefully during football season for a Raiders game.

Everything was smooth and easy. House was clean and smelled good when we walked in. I loved the fun game room, it was nice to relax in there. A lot of rules but easy to follow. AC can be weak upstairs, we woke up every morning hot but the ceiling fans helped. Overall, a nice place to stay at!

This house served our needs but was not well kept, would not stay here again. Holes in walls, loose hardware, missing handles to cabinets, burned out lights, rust in shower, worn furniture, some patio chairs broken. Paid for pool heat, but was still cold. Hot tub was dirty, jets didn't work, broken cover holder. Kitchen was not well stocked and the kitchen appliances were either missing pieces or not working well. Random assortment of kitchen utensils. No shampoo, conditioner, or soap. TV has no cable and the boxes and remotes/volume did not work. Air conditioner worked in some areas better than others. The beds were comfortable and having activities- pool table, poker table, shuffle board, pool was a plus.Location is close to the strip but not a very nice neighborhood, not close to many restaurants.Management responded quickly to pool heating issue, but only really warm for one day and then seemed to be off again. Not a deal breaker since the weather was hot.Kids had a good time, adults would have appreciated a little cleaner, nicer place.
