In addition to the strategic location, what makes the house truly precious is both the terrace with a view over the roofs of the city where you can relax while enjoying a glass of wine, and the peace and quiet that you can breathe in the house thanks to its fortunate location inside the building.
What’s more, you can drive right up to the house, and there is a free private garage available in the building.
‘Casa Maffi’ is located on the third and last floor of a renovated building with lift, in an ancient district rich in art and history called “Veronetta”. In addition to the strategic location, what makes the house truly precious is both the terrace with a view over the roofs of the city where you can relax while enjoying a glass of wine, and the peace and quiet that you can breathe in the house thanks to its fortunate location inside the building, which makes it particularly quiet.
The house, which is entirely at guests' disposal, is characterised by an mansarded structure with dimensions and characteristics that allow it to be used as a normal flat: you enter directly into the large mansarded living room with a double sofa bed, TV, and an open kitchen equipped with everything you need: fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, etc.
The room, already provided with sheets, has a double bed with a comfortable mattress and a 4-door wardrobe; from the room there is direct access to the terrace as well as from the living room. The bathroom with bathtub is complete with towels, shower kit and hairdryer.
The predominance of wood in the beamed ceilings, the parquet flooring and the classic furnishings with period furniture give the house a stately and cosy atmosphere.
Casa Maffi is complete with all accessories for the kitchen (oil, salt, pepper, sugar and coffee) and for the home (sanitiser and detergent, also for washing machines) as well as being equipped with a clothesline, iron and ironing board, hoover, etc.
