A newly built hotel located in a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. It’s conveniently within walking distance of Tojinmachi Station, with FamilyMart and 7-Eleven along the way. The hotel has a modern, low-rise apartment concept, though do note that there is no lift.
We stayed here as a family of three in May 2026 and arrived before the official check-in time. As this is an unmanned accommodation, communication with the hotel management was done through Agoda. Prior to arrival, we received the lobby access password via email and were able to enter without any issues. One feature we really appreciated was the self-service luggage storage area, where guests can securely lock and leave their luggage before check-in time.
Our room was located on Level 2. Since there is no lift, we had to carry our luggage up and down the stairs, which may be challenging for some travellers.
The room itself was spacious, tastefully designed, modern, stylish, and thoughtfully equipped for comfort and convenience. It felt very welcoming from the moment we entered. The furniture and appliances were all in excellent, almost brand-new condition. The mattresses were large and comfortable. Instead of a television, the room had a projector, which allowed us to enjoy watching our favourite YouTube channels.
The wardrobe was well designed with shelves and plenty of hangers, which was especially useful for organising clothes. The toilet and shower/bathtub areas were separated into different rooms, making it very convenient for family use. Towels were clean and the bathroom amenities were of good quality.
The 2-in-1 washer and dryer was extremely useful for travellers, especially for longer stays. There was also a cooking hob , coffee maker, microwave oven and a generously sized refrigerator.
Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place. One thing to note is that the neighbourhood values peace and quiet, so this accommodation may not be ideal for guests who tend to be loud or families with very active or noisy children.
