The Shippen in Penparc, Ceredigion, sleeps five guests in two bedrooms.
The Space:
The living areas in this property consist of an open-plan kitchen, dining area and siting area with a double electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, woodburning stove, Smart TV, DVD player and a selection of games. The bedrooms consist of a double, and a triple room with three singles, along with a ground-floor bathroom. Outside there is a communal garden with lawn, furniture and a barbecue, and off-road parking for two cars. Two well-behaved dogs welcomed, but please no smoking. You'll find a shop in 2.8 miles and a pub in 0.2 miles. Travel cot and highchair available on request. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. The Shippen is a family-friendly abode, perfect for a break to Ceredigion. Note: Guests have access to an outdoor heated swimming pool, available from the beginning of May until the end of Sep. The Neighborhood:
Cardigan, in Ceredigion, is a thriving market town on the River Teifi with a diverse range of businesses, including both distinctive local producers and larger chain stores, as well as tea rooms, taverns, restaurants, and a beautiful ruined castle. Beautiful landscape surrounds Cardigan, and the rocky Pembrokeshire coastline is only a few miles away. You may go horseback riding at the friendly Dyfed Riding Centre, or visit the Cardigan Island Farm Park, which has magnificent Blue Flag sandy beaches like the National Trust beach Mwnt. You can also go on a boat ride to see dolphins and seals. Take a ride on the National Cycle Route, Number 82, if you're a keen cyclist.
