Beautiful house and location. Host was very responsive to questions. Little touches we did not expect like extra toilet paper, paper towels, napkins, spices, shampoo and conditioner. Enjoyed the fire pit, hot tub, ping pong and pool table. Having 3 bedrooms and two baths was perfect for our family.

Wonderful retreat that’s not too far off the beaten path while feeling and being very private. The master suite balcony made a perfect spot for my Fathers Day morning coffee. We used everything! Fire pit, garage game room, hot tub, the decks AND frisbee golf. I wish I had this backyard at my house. It’s a great space. Well stocked kitchen that we used to prepare a couple of meals. Having a washer & dryer was fabulous as we’d been on the road for over a week when we arrived. This was our home base while visiting Redwoods Nat’l and State Parks and it was perfect for this. Bonus- We found a few great restaurants and a grocery store just one quick exit away on the highway. We’d stay here again. Great spot and clean!

Wonderful house at a great location. During our trip to Northern California this house ended up being one of the main attractions of our visit. Well stocked, clean and conveniently located near Trinidad's beach. Great experience.

Gorgeous home on a beautiful property in a great location for beaches, Trinidad restaurants, and redwoods. This rental was our homebase for Redwood National and State Parks. The drive to Crescent City, Jedediah Smith SP was a little long but doable. Weather was cool, so the house temp was chilly, although the main heater was supplemented with bedroom heaters and heating blankets were provided. The main bedroom was large, with a great view. The bed and toilet were both tall, and the tile floor was heated. Sleep the first night was difficult as the house creaked due to it's wooden nature. There was a step transition from ground level to the living room, which was clearly marked. Furniture was comfortable and spacey. The front bedroom was cozy with a soft bed. The deck was large, furnished, and the hot tub was hot, without jets. The neighborhood was safe, eclectic, at times majestic between the large trees and abundance of flowers. The neighborhood roads were windy and bumpy while Hwy 101 was smooth. Management responded quickly to our questions and concerns. Would recommend them for your stay in the coastal redwoods.
