Cocoonr agency offers this charming 140 m² house in Montlaur to rent for up to 5 people.

- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bathroom with shower and WC
On the mezzanine
- Lounge area with armchairs and sofa
First floor
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140×190) and a single bed (90×190)
- Bathroom with shower and WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A private, unoverlooked and fully enclosed courtyard with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The house is ideally located in Montlaur, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, etc.
Activities
- Walking or cycling in the Rougier area
- Roquefort cheese cellar about 30 minutes' drive away
- Albi about 45 minutes away by car
- Millau and its viaduct about 40 minutes away by car
Public transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free in the public parking spaces in front of the accommodation and in the nearby streets.
A car is necessary to fully enjoy the region.
