About this house rental
Cocoonr agency offers this charming 133 m² house for rent in Montlaur, which can accommodate up to 6 people. It has a lovely living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Wifi (fibre optics), sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The Route 999 gîte is adjoined by Les Roses d'Angelina. These two houses can be rented simultaneously, offering an excellent option for groups or families who wish to stay together while retaining their own private space.
The accommodation is as follows:
Ground floor:
- A 28 m² games room
On the 1ᵉʳ floor:
- A 15 m² living room with TV, sofas, a dining room
- A 28 m² kitchen equipped with, among other things: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: with queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: with 2 single beds
- Bathroom with shower
- Shower room with WC
- Separate WC
On the 2ᵉ floor
- A mezzanine with a double bed (140×190)
Outside:
- A 12×4 m petanque court. A boules set is available for your use.
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.
The house is ideally located in Montlaur, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, the market, etc.
Activities
- Visit to the Roquefort caves.
- Visit to the Château de Montaigut.
- Visit to Sylvanès Abbey. Music concerts.
- Hiking and horse riding in the Rougier de Camarès.
- A private standard petanque pitch nearby.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park, which can accommodate up to 5 vehicles and a utility truck.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Millau station, about 48 minutes by car
- Nearest airport: Toulouse-Blagnac airport, about 1 hour 48 minutes by car
Other remarks :
- Bed linen and towels included.
- Animals accepted free of charge, one animal only (cat or dog). Please specify when booking.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
