Longer walk to the slopes than I thought from the description Kitchen was great! Nice to have the hot tub , sauna and steam

Great location and set up for our ski vacation. Turned out later that the fire place stopped working, that there was only enough hot water for 3 short showers (we were 5) and hot tub temperatures were fluctuating from 75 to 104F randomly. Reached out to Vacasa management 4 times over 4 days, was assured someone would come to look into issues, but nothing happend. When you pay an extraordinary high price for a vacation rental I expect a very different service level.
