About this apartment rental
Located just up the street from Park City Mountain Resort on Empire Avenue, this "A-Frame" condominium is in a duplex building, with the cozy feel of a mountain cabin. This completely remodeled property hosts about 1700 sq ft of living space over three levels with wood beamed ceilings and two living areas.
A recent remodel includes brand new everything! All new flooring/carpet, granite counters throughout, stainless steel appliances, bathrooms, beds/bedding, televisions, etc... in short, everything within the property is very new! You are sure to love this fantastic Old Town place!
The condo is on the downhill side of the street; as you go down the steps from the street, there is a deck with a common area hot tub (shared with unit B) just outside the front door. As you enter the condo, the main level is the living room, kitchen and adjacent dining area, and a full bath. Upstairs is the master suite with an attached full bathroom. On the lower level the family room with a brand new HDTV and fireplace greets you on the way to the 2nd and 3rd bedroom suites.
Living Room: Gas fireplace, 47" HDTV with full HD cable service, plenty of seating, great views and lots of light!
Family Room/Den: Gas fireplace, 47" HDTV with full HD cable service, new couch with sofa sleeper and 2 twin day beds with trundles. This a cozy room to relax in after a day on the slopes!
Kitchen: Brand new kitchen installed Fall 2013 includes stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and brand new cabinetry, this kitchen is well equipped for cooking meals.
Dining Room: Dining area adjoins kitchen; seating for 8.

Master ��� King bed, 39" HDTV, private attached bathroom, located on top floor.
Second ������� Queen bed, 32" HDTV, shares bath with third bedroom.
Third ����� Queen bed, 32" HDTV, shares bathroom with second bedroom.
Family Room/Den – 2 day beds w/trundles and a queen sofa sleeper. 47" HDTV with full HD cable service.
Hot Tub: Shared with the other side of the duplex, outside on front deck.
Laundry Room: Washer and dryer in laundry room downstairs.
Parking: No garage, but there is off street parking available for up to 2 cars.
Air Conditioning: No.
Wireless Internet: Yes, high speed wi-fi included with every rental. There is not a telephone land line in this property.

Overall we had a great experience staying at this unit. Good location, plenty of space, beds, and in good condition. A few improvements/recommendations: Bed mattresses could be updated, the fold out sofa was missing some springs, separate towels for the hot tub would have been convenient, and a key to the ski closet or a separate storage location would have been helpful.

Great house super close to Park City Mountain base and downtown! Enough room to sleep all 11 of us for a long weekend. Would recommend!

Great setup with kids since there are two family rooms and four twin beds which our kids much prefer to sharing queens. Property mgt company was very accommodating and easy to work with. Would absolutely stay here again!
